About the Founder

Lindsay West, LPCC-S

Golden Hive Counseling & Supervision was created to provide a structured, supportive environment where individuals can engage in meaningful, evidence-based mental health care. The practice is grounded in clinical integrity, personalized treatment, and a commitment to helping clients achieve lasting emotional stability and growth.

Golden Hive offers services for individuals navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, eating disorders, and life transitions. Each client’s experience is approached with intention—care is never one-size-fits-all, but instead tailored to meet individual needs, goals, and circumstances.

The practice emphasizes a collaborative approach, where clients are active participants in their care. Through a combination of clinical expertise and individualized treatment planning, Golden Hive supports clients in building insight, strengthening coping strategies, and creating sustainable change.

In addition to counseling services, Golden Hive provides clinical supervision for professionals seeking to develop their skills, strengthen clinical judgment, and grow within ethical and evidence-based practice.
