Counseling Services

Personalized care for individuals, couples, and families

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health care.

Every person, relationship, and family brings different experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals to counseling. Care is collaborative and individualized, with treatment shaped around what will be most meaningful and clinically appropriate for you.

Whether you're seeking support for yourself or navigating challenges with the people closest to you, counseling can provide space to gain perspective, develop practical skills, strengthen relationships, and move forward with greater clarity.

Available Counseling Services

  • New Patient Assessment

    Your Starting Point

The initial assessment is the first step in your care. This session provides time to discuss your history, current concerns, relationships, and treatment goals so we can better understand your needs and develop an individualized plan for moving forward.

  • Individual Counseling

    Personalized Support

A one-on-one space to explore your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and goals with the support of a licensed clinician. Sessions may focus on developing insight, processing difficult experiences, strengthening coping skills, improving emotional regulation, or creating meaningful changes in everyday life.

  • EMDR Counseling

    Trauma-Focused Care

EMDR is an evidence-based therapeutic approach designed to help individuals process distressing experiences and memories that may continue to affect thoughts, emotions, relationships, or everyday life.

Through a structured therapeutic process, EMDR can help reduce the emotional intensity associated with past experiences and support greater healing, clarity, and stability.

  • Couples Counseling

    Strengthening Connection

Couples counseling provides space to better understand relationship patterns, strengthen communication, work through conflict, and build greater emotional connection. Sessions are tailored to the needs and goals of your relationship, with an emphasis on creating healthier ways of understanding and relating to one another.

  • Family Therapy

    Supporting the Whole Family

Family therapy brings the client and appropriate family members together to address concerns affecting relationships, communication, and the family system. Sessions may focus on strengthening communication, navigating conflict, understanding family patterns, establishing healthier boundaries, and developing more effective ways to support one another.

Areas of Support

You don't need to know exactly where to begin.

People seek counseling for many different reasons. You may have a specific concern you'd like to address, or you may simply recognize that something in your life, relationships, or emotional well-being needs attention.

Areas of support may include anxiety, depression, trauma and trauma-related concerns, eating disorders, substance use, emotional dysregulation, personality-related concerns, relationship and intimacy concerns, communication and conflict, family dynamics, self-esteem and identity, stress and overwhelm, life transitions, and personal growth.

Your experiences don't have to fit neatly into one category. Together, we can identify what matters most and determine an appropriate direction for care.
