Clinical Supervision

Build your skills. Trust your judgment. Develop your clinical voice.

The right supervision can shape far more than the hours required for licensure. It is an opportunity to think more deeply about your work, navigate the challenges that come with clinical practice, and build confidence in the decisions you make along the way.

Supervision at Golden Hive is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your development as a counselor. Bring the complex cases, treatment questions, ethical considerations, moments of uncertainty, and even the situations that leave you wondering if you handled something the right way. This is a space to explore them openly, receive thoughtful feedback, and strengthen the clinical reasoning behind your decisions.

The goal is not to teach you to practice exactly like someone else. It is to help you develop the knowledge, judgment, and confidence to make thoughtful decisions while discovering the kind of clinician you want to become.
